Plus X Powerhouse Team

Plus X Powerhouse will launch in 2023 evolving our existing Central Research Laboratory in Hayes and tripling in size. This new innovation hub is located at the former power generating plant for EMI’s manufacturing headquarters. The sustainably designed building will feature an events space and café, meeting rooms, studios and flexible desk space, all built around a lush green courtyard. Plus X Powerhouse benefits from a well-connected location, just five minutes walking distance to Hayes & Harlington station, the introduction of the Elizabeth line and easy access to the M4 and M5.

Over 29,000 sq feet, this iconic building has been designed to create an inspiring, healthy and productive innovation hub. Launching 2022, Plus X Powerhouse offers light filled space incorporating the warmth of sustainable timber throughout. Meeting rooms, purpose built studios and flexible desk space and an events space surround a plant filled courtyard.
