With the innovation heritage of The Old Vinyl Factory, a rapidly growing technology ecosystem and connections to crossrail and all major airports, this is where connection and collaboration cross paths and multiply.
As an amplified evolution of the current Central Research Laboratory (open now!), the future Plus X Powerhouse will continue to draw inspiration from the inventive legacy of EMI’s manufacturing HQ. Renovation and expansion of the former Victorian power station is underway. Plus X Powerhouse will triple in space, facilities, and services. The new innovation hub will feature inspiring desk and studio space, prototyping studios, an events auditorium and cafe, and lush green courtyard space to fuel fresh thinking.
